The Living Practice is a 5-week immersion designed to help you live your yoga through the wisdom of Ayurveda and the heart teachings of the Yamas & Niyamas. This is your invitation to step into a more aligned, intentional, soulful way of moving through the world.
Rooted in yogic philosophy, brought to life through Ayurvedic daily living, and grounded in embodied practice—this journey gently guides you back home to yourself.
Each week includes:
• grounding meditation + intention
• exploration of the Yamas & Niyamas
• Ayurvedic lifestyle education (doshas, energy, rhythm, routine)
• journaling & self-inquiry
• supportive community connection
• a personal copy of The Yamas & Niyamas (included)
We will meet Sundays at 10am January 4-February 1

Before the busy season begins, pause to pour back into yourself. 🌙
Join us for a luxurious afternoon of Ayurvedic-inspired self-care created to nourish the body, calm the mind, and support Vata season.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga and guided breath to ground your energy and settle your nervous system.
After practice, enjoy golden milk or herbal tea while you create your own body scrub and bath salts — made from ingredients that support hydration, circulation, and renewal.
As you create, you’ll also learn simple Ayurvedic ways to support your self-care rituals through the season.
