Yogadāna (Sounds like Yoga-Donna)
Awaken. Align. Restore.
A thoughtful approach to yoga and seasonal practices that support your nervous system, meets you where you are, and creates lasting balance in everyday life.
Life moves fast.
Most of us are tired, overstimulated, and carrying more than we realize.
Yogadāna is a space to move, breathe deeply, and reconnect to yourself — not just on the mat, but in everyday life.

Our practices blend yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda, and mindful movement to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in your body. We move with intention, rest with purpose, and honor the natural rhythms of the seasons.
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about returning to balance.
New here?
If you’re new to yoga — or returning after time away — you’re in the right place.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to know where to begin.
We’ll guide you.
A Practice That Meets You Where You Are
Yoga is more than exercise — it’s a way of caring for yourself. Flexibility, strength are all added benefits to this practice and ultimately we are aiming to be more flexible and stronger in our human experience because that is the real FLEX!
Our classes are designed to:
- Calm and regulate the nervous system
- Build strength and mobility without overwhelm
- Support mental and emotional well-being
- Help you feel connected — to your body and to community

Each class is guided by a current — so you know how it will feel in your body:
☀️Awaken + Activate — energizing, uplifting practices
🏔️Integrate + Align — steady, grounding movement
🌙Rest + Receive — calming, restorative experiences

Where To Start
We encourage new and returning students to begin within the Integrate + Align ⛰️ and Rest + Receive 🌙 currents.
These currents offer a balanced foundation of mindful effort and deep ease — supporting stability, awareness, and nervous system regulation as you reconnect with movement and breath. Starting here allows your body to build strength gradually, your nervous system to settle, and your practice to unfold in a sustainable way.
Once you feel more at home in your body (and within our community), many students naturally begin to explore other currents, classes, and challenges.
This approach is intentional — designed to support longevity in your practice and reduce the risk of burnout or injury.
New Student Workshop ✨
Our New Student Workshop is a welcoming entry point for anyone new to yoga or returning after time away. (Not required but is a good option for those wanting to start there.)
You’ll experience gentle movement and breathwork, learn how our currents work, and receive guidance on how to choose classes that best support your body and nervous system — so you can begin with clarity and confidence.
A Note on Sustainability
Stronger, heat-building practices are best explored once a foundation of awareness, stability, and nervous system support has been established. Our goal is not just to get you moving — but to help you build a practice you can return to, season after season.
If you ever have questions about where to begin, our teachers are always here to help.
