My yoga journey began in 2012 during my second pregnancy, when I came to the practice seeking relief from sciatica and restless legs. What started as physical support quickly became something much deeper. After my son was born, I devoted myself to practice, and it was through a class that wove yoga philosophy into movement that I truly found yoga — not just as exercise, but as a living spiritual path.
That experience marked a turning point. Yoga became a way of understanding myself, my body, and my relationship to life. It offered balance during a season when I needed grounding most and opened a doorway to spirituality that felt embodied, accessible, and honest.
Over the years, my personal practice has evolved alongside motherhood, profound life transitions, and personal loss. Each season refined how I relate to yoga — less as something to master and more as a way to live. Through study, ritual, and self-inquiry, the teachings have shaped how I meet change, cultivate resilience, and remain rooted through uncertainty.
In 2018, I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training at Vibe Yoga under the guidance of Gayla Crysler and Heather Ward, with an emphasis on deepening spiritual practice. My studies in the history and philosophy of yoga with Eric Shaw further grounded my understanding of the tradition. Since then, I have pursued continued education in Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Chakra Healing, and have accumulated over a thousand hours of teaching experience.
In September 2024, I completed a transformative 300-hour training in Yoga and Ayurveda in Peru with the School Yoga Institute. Studying under Raquel Bueno and Anita Sundaram — within a lineage influenced by teachers such as Mas Vidal, Rod Stryker, Dr. Vasant Lad, and Chase Bossart — deeply shaped the way I teach, lead, and live. This immersion strengthened my devotion to seasonal rhythm, ritual, and nervous-system–informed practice rooted in both yoga and Ayurveda.
Today, my work centers on honoring yoga as a holistic path — one that integrates movement, breath, ritual, self-study, and relationship to time and nature. I lead 200-hour teacher trainings, facilitate workshops, and host retreats, with an expanding focus on international teaching and mentorship. My passion lies in supporting sustainable practice and helping students and teachers cultivate depth, discernment, and lives lived in rhythm rather than burnout.
I am a mother of three and co-homeschool our two youngest children with my husband. Outside the studio, I am deeply nourished by cooking, ritual, astrology, and the everyday practices that keep life grounded and meaningful. As a Sagittarius, I am continually drawn toward learning and exploration — not as escape, but as a way of gathering wisdom that can be shared with care.
I believe yoga is meant to be lived, not perfected. My work is an offering of the practices and teachings that continue to guide me home.

30-Hour Katonah Yoga Training
Haylie is an eternal student of the world who first discovered yoga while competing as an athlete in high school. What initially began as a physical component to her routine quickly revealed the significant mental, emotional, and spiritual effects of the practice, and she fell in love.
While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin, Haylie decided to deepen her study of yoga and completed her 200-hour RYT through Alpha Omega Yoga in 2022. After returning to DFW in 2023, she sought out studios aligned with authenticity, community, and the true meaning of yoga — leading her to Yogadāna, where she has been teaching since.
During a sojourn abroad in Berlin, Germany, Haylie completed a 30-hour training in Katonah Yoga. She hopes to complete her Katonah Yoga certification within the next year and currently enjoys teaching a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, and Fusion.

ICRT Certified Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master
I’m Katharine. I began practicing yoga in the 2000’s for strength and flexibility to supplement my soccer practice and quickly began to notice the many other benefits yoga can offer. Over the years my interest and knowledge grew, and in 2015 I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Namah Shivaya Yoga. That same year, I became an ICRT Certified Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master.
For me, yoga, meditation, and Reiki have been powerful self-discovery tools that connect me to the unlimited healing potential within — and that we all hold. These practices continually inspire me to unify my mind, body, and spirit, and I lead each class or session with this focus.
I hope my passion and love for these practices inspire you to tap into your own conscious healing potential and explore self-study so you can align with your truest Self and live a life you love. Outside the studio, you can catch me adventuring in nature, painting, traveling, and relaxing with my husband and son. I look forward to meeting all of you!

Though I work in the corporate world by day, yoga has always been my true home. As a motivated and intuitive yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching experience, I bring a grounded yet energetic presence to every class. Certified in Restorative Yoga, trained in Ashtanga principles, and specialized in Mental Health First Aid, I’ve found purpose in guiding students not just through poses, but through healing, breath, and personal transformation.
My journey as a teacher has been deeply reciprocal — I’ve received sobriety coins from students and witnessed firsthand how their courage and growth have changed my life more than I could ever imagine. Whether I’m working with veterans navigating PTSD, beginners seeking stillness, or advanced practitioners refining their flow, I customize each experience to the individual, always focusing on connection, mindfulness, and empowerment.
I strive to create inclusive spaces that inspire others to pursue wellness, honor their journey, and commit to long-term mental and physical health. I’m a lifelong learner, a team player, and an encouraging leader, always seeking to expand my understanding and serve my community with compassion.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2025 and began teaching yoga in 2026 at the studio where my practice deepened. Yoga has been a path of clarity, presence, and inner peace in my life, and I’m honored to share this practice with others.
My classes invite students to move with breath, awareness, and compassion for themselves. I often close class with a short guided meditation and gentle sound healing during savasana to support deep rest and integration.

RYT® 200
Myofascial and Yin Yoga
I first found yoga through a fitness class at the local gym. The practice and the energy took me by surprise, and I continued practicing with different teachers over the course of 10 years. During that journey, I began attending yoga workshops and realized there is so much more beyond the physical practice.
At the encouragement of one of my teachers, I pursued deeper study and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Amy Johnson and Jayme Bushmiaer-Davis at Eastside Karmany in 2018. Since then, I have continued my education through workshops and trainings with international teachers, including Simon Borg-Olivier, David Swenson, and Jo Phee, with a focus on myofascial and yin yoga.
My offering has evolved into a functional, movement-focused practice, and I firmly believe yoga should be accessible to all body types and ages. Outside of yoga and my corporate day job, I enjoy spending time with my pup, traveling with intention, and being outdoors.

Molly
NCPI Certified Pilates Instructor (Breathe Education)
I began my Pilates journey in early 2021 after losing over 100 pounds and searching for a way to reconnect with my body. After returning to Pilates — a practice I had loved years earlier — I quickly found myself committed, attending classes 3–5 times a week. Within a year, I knew this work was something I wanted to share with others.
After beginning to teach in 2022, I pursued national certification through a six-month program and earned my NCPI accreditation from Breathe Education in 2023. Along this journey, I began reconnecting deeply with my body, emotions, and healing process after growing up in an abusive environment. This led me to somatic work and the understanding that the body holds trauma that must be gently released.
Pilates and somatic work have been powerful tools in my healing. Pilates builds strength, stability, and breath awareness through structured movement, while somatic practices support trauma release through intentional motion. My passion is helping others reconnect with themselves through movement and embodied healing.
In my free time, you’ll find me with my three dogs, riding my motorcycle, and continuing my studies in somatic work and metaphysics.
