In the Sivananda Tradition with Sopurkh
The practice of Hatha Yoga and Pranayama is an invigorating, yet meditative style of classical Yoga. This class is for all-levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
In this 75-minute Open Class you’ll be guided through Opening and Closing Mantras, Pranayama (charging and balancing breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, a series of Yoga Asanas (steady postures) and an extended final relaxation.
