Join Us for Our Open House – A Day of Connection and Celebration!
We’re thrilled to invite you to our Open House on December 14th—a day dedicated to community, connection, and the spirit of the season. Whether you’re new to Yogadāna or a longtime member of our yoga family, we have something special planned for everyone. All events are FREE and open to the public, so bring a friend and celebrate with us! YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER. Pre-registering allows us to better prepare for YOU! See on the 14th.
10am Sacred Rhythms + Meet & Greet
Join us for Sacred Rhythms, a 75-minute yoga class, is a holistic practice that incorporates Pranayama (breath control) to center the mind, Vedic Chanting to open the heart and Asana (postures) to align the body. Each class is carefully designed to integrate breath, movement, and sound for a well-rounded experience. Guided meditation will close the practice, leaving you feeling balanced and connected to your higher self. Stay after class for tea, coffee, and conversations.
6:30pm Full Moon Ceremony with Cacao
Join us for a soul-nurturing evening under the Full Moon in Gemini, a time of illumination, communication, and curiosity. This sacred ceremony invites you to connect with the celestial energy of this lunation, offering the perfect space to reflect, release, and realign as we near the year’s end.

December 16th Yin + Nidra
Join Natalie at 7pm for our monthly Yin + Nidra. Discover the art of deep relaxation in our Yin + Nidra class. Begin with 20 minutes of gentle Yin yoga, holding postures that release tension and open the body to prepare your mind for rest. Then transition into 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation designed to take you into a profound state of conscious relaxation. This class is perfect for releasing stress, restoring balance, and nurturing your overall well-being. Whether you’re seeking to recharge your energy or experience a peaceful reset, this class offers the ultimate journey into stillness and self-care.

December 22nd Light Within: Winter Solstice Practice
As the longest night of the year approaches, we are invited to pause, reflect, and honor the darkness while welcoming the return of the light. Join Dana at noon for a special Winter Solstice yoga practice designed to guide you inward, nurture your inner warmth, and set intentions for the brighter days ahead.
This class will begin with a grounding yoga flow, weaving movements to embrace stillness and celebrate the light’s return. Following the flow, Dana will lead a guided meditation to help you connect deeply with your inner light and align with the natural rhythm of the season.
We’ll conclude the practice with a cozy cup of Ayurvedic Golden Milk, a warming beverage made with turmeric, ginger, and spices to ground and nourish your body. You’ll also have time to reflect with provided journal prompts that encourage introspection and intention-setting for the new cycle.

January 1st Intention and Action
Step into the New Year with clarity and purpose in this thoughtfully designed class that blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful reflection. Intention + Action offers a space to realign with your inner self and create a foundation for the year ahead.
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow to connect breath with movement, release tension, and open the heart. A guided meditation will help you center your mind and focus on your intentions. Using journal prompts, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your goals, dreams, and the actions needed to bring them to life. The session concludes with a warm cup of herbal tea, encouraging you to savor the moment and seal your intentions with calm and clarity.
Leave feeling aligned, inspired, and ready to step into the New Year with confidence. Bring your journal and an open heart—everything else will be provided.
