Restore & Reiki
This special offering combines the deep relaxation of Yin and Yoga Nidra with the gentle energy healing of Reiki. During the Yin portion, collective Reiki will be offered to the entire group, creating a supportive and harmonious energy field. As you transition into Yoga Nidra, individual Reiki will be administered to each student, allowing for deeper energetic alignment, release, and renewal. A truly restorative experience for both body and spirit.

Yoga in the Park
Breathe. Move. Connect with nature.
Step outside and onto your mat in the heart of downtown Wylie. This all-levels yoga class will invite you to sync your breath with the rhythm of nature, move in the fresh air, and experience the joy of practicing together in community. This is weather permitting. In the event there is too much rain we will move the class inside. If the class moves inside it will be on a first come first serve until we are full. No registration required.
